Travelling With Monkey Knuckles

Travelling with Plastic Knuckles

Travelling and want to take your Monkey Knuckles with you? Here's a breakdown of which countries brass knuckles are legal in, and which countries they are not. Brass Knuckles are outlawed in many countries, for many reasons. They are easy to conceal, portable and can cause serious life altering damage if misused. Thatā€™s why we strongly encourage our customers to never misuse their Monkey Knuckles. Ā Not only are Brass Knuckles illegal some countries and states have begun to ban plastic knuckles (such as Monkey Knuckles) as they are almost as lethal and even more inconspicuous as they can pass through metal detectors with ease. Not to toot our own horn but we were at the forefront leading the plastic knuckles movement with our world class durability and ergonomic design.

Letā€™s start with our very own home country, the greatest place in the world, the great white north, Canada. If you are new here, weā€™ll give you the short version, Brass Knuckles are legal in Canada, but only if theyā€™re made of plastic materials such as Carbon Fiber and ABS. Which are what Monkey Knuckles are made of. If you want to read more on this, check out our ā€œAre Brass Knuckles Legal in Canadaā€ blog.

Now letā€™s get the countries that have banned brass knuckles out of the way, Australia (banned both metal and plastic knuckles), Austria (Home of the GLOCK), Belgium, Bosnia, Croatia, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Ireland, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia (This was a surprise), Spain, Turkey, Sweden, Singapore and the United Kingdoms.

Brass knuckles are legal in the following countries, Brazil, France (Strict no Carry Laws), Italy (Mafiosos made them very popular), Mexico, Sweden, Serbia and of course the U.S although some states ban both plastic and metal knuckles.

So, if you were planning on travelling and wanted to bring your Monkey Knuckles with you, now you know where you can and canā€™t. Please also check with airline rules and regulations before deciding to bring Monkey Knuckles along with you. We donā€™t want this article to be the reason you get strip searched.Ā On that note hereā€™s a funny commercial made by Jimmy Kimmel on United Airlines. Watch to the end to see the brass knuckles scene!

As always, let us know what youā€™d like us to write about next week.

It would be good if sources were included. Unfortunately, it seems itā€™s illegal to have them in Mexico, so Iā€™m not sure where it may have been stated that it was legal.
