Good Product , bad Customer service

At the time of purchase I was told that standard shipping would take around 12-15 business days but my product took more than 35 calendar days to arrive . When contacting customer service about late shipping I experienced rude behavior from the representative .
Overall , product is good Im happy with product .Product is as good as described But shipping process needs a lot of work . It's understandable that Canada Post was catching up due to strike but customer service can b improved .

Awesome team and great product

I ordered a brass knuckle, but then it got lost during the distribution process. I then reached out to monkey knuckles saying my knuckles got lost during the distribution process; the monkey knuckles team sent a new knuckle to me in order to make up for the lost item. These guys will treat you right and they are very very sincere and genuine. Cheers guys.

Just got my carbon fiber spiked knuckles. Just wish I got the XL but still amazing.
Gonna get the classics thou as the spiked ones will literally put holes in people lol. Keeping those as more of a novelty.

Two Spiked

Wanted knuckles for a while now. Had to go with these since metal ones are illegal where I'm from. These fit well and feel sturdy. Haven't "used" them yet but I feel confident that these won't break!
